1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and kqu9 ("kqu9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kqu9.net and its associated mobile interface. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with kqu9, including your registration of an account, your use of the platform's casino games and sportsbook, your deposits and withdrawals, your participation in promotions, and any communications with the kqu9 support team.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds into a kqu9 account, or by placing any bet or wager through the kqu9 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and both you and that person will be held jointly responsible for compliance.

kqu9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the kqu9 platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the kqu9 platform after any change is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept a revised version of this Agreement, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kqu9 platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kqu9 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim a bonus under any circumstances. 18+
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of , any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously had a kqu9 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kqu9, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Age Verification

kqu9 operates a strict age verification policy. At the point of registration, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. kqu9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. If satisfactory age verification documents are not provided within the timeframe specified in the verification request, kqu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Where kqu9 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. All deposits made by the underage account holder will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. kqu9 cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation relating to underage gambling.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of kqu9 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a single personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You may also be required to provide your preferred mobile financial service details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number) at the point of registration or at the time of your first withdrawal request.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if any information changes. kqu9 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep your account details current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kqu9 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. kqu9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you report a security breach to kqu9 in writing.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact the kqu9 support team at [email protected] immediately. kqu9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the affected account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active kqu9 account. Creating, or attempting to create, multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under the names of family members, associates, or fictitious persons — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kqu9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances and bonus winnings held within them, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kqu9 operates a KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request above ৳10,000, or at any time at kqu9's sole discretion, players may be asked to submit supporting documents including a government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension and the reversal of pending withdrawals to the original deposit source.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the kqu9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kqu9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kqu9 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect. kqu9 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your kqu9 account being suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes depending on your VIP tier and the time of request relative to Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC, Islami, Sonali): Typically processed within 1 to 4 banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

kqu9 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. Players at higher VIP tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits and priority processing queues. Withdrawal limits by tier are communicated within the VIP loyalty program documentation.

Currency and Conversion

The kqu9 platform operates exclusively in BDT. kqu9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion undertaken by your bank or payment provider prior to the deposit reaching kqu9 is entirely outside kqu9's control, and kqu9 bears no responsibility for exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kqu9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time of availability.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your kqu9 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that offer.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will be removed at the expiry of this window.
• kqu9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event that a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to an account, any bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering cycle will be removed; bonus-derived winnings that have already met the wagering requirement will be retained by the player.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• kqu9 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific players or player groups to participate in particular promotions, at its sole discretion.

Abuse of Bonuses

Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will have their bonus entitlement revoked, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account subject to permanent closure. kqu9 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wager on the kqu9 platform — whether on the sportsbook (including cricket, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, football, kabaddi, or any other sport) or on any casino game (including live casino tables, slots, crash games, or RNG table games) — you agree to be bound by the specific game and market rules applicable to that bet or game, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Sportsbook Rules

All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the market rules published on the relevant sports market at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a sports event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with kqu9's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport and competition. BPL match rules, in particular, account for the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method in rain-affected matches.

kqu9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake, provided that the error was obvious and the player could reasonably have been expected to identify it as incorrect. Voids will result in the full stake being returned to the player's balance.

Casino Rules

All casino games available on the kqu9 platform — including games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. kqu9 acts as a platform operator and is not the developer of these games. In the event of a malfunction in a casino game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. kqu9 bears no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of a game's rules or mechanics.

Maximum Win Limits

kqu9 reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet win limits and maximum payout caps on specific sports markets and casino games. Where applicable, these limits are communicated within the relevant market or game interface. Any winnings in excess of the published cap will not be paid out, and the excess amount will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kqu9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location to gain access to the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the kqu9 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting manipulation.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, data harvesting software, or any other automated means to interact with the kqu9 platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets solely to exploit pricing inconsistencies between kqu9 and other operators in a systematic, risk-free manner with the primary intent of guaranteed profit extraction rather than genuine sports engagement.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits made to kqu9 through your payment provider while retaining winnings derived from those deposits.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's kqu9 account, or impersonating any kqu9 employee or agent.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the kqu9 platform's infrastructure, servers, databases, or software systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by kqu9

kqu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age. 18+
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee or contractor of kqu9.
• Any legal or regulatory requirement compelling kqu9 to close the account.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, kqu9 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus entitlements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kqu9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, kqu9 may ask you to complete any outstanding KYC verification and will process any verified remaining balance back to your registered payment method. Account closures requested under the responsible gaming self-exclusion process are handled separately and are subject to the terms of the kqu9 Responsible Gaming policy, accessible at Responsible Gaming.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kqu9 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) to cover ongoing account maintenance costs. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable KYC verification.
